If your content (images, videos, etc.) is not provided or is unusable, the delivery timeline will begin once we receive the necessary assets. If your content is unavailable, we can source stock images at no additional charge to ensure we meet the project’s timeline.

For the Standard Content Package, the first draft is delivered within 2 business days of receiving your onboarding form. For the Premium Content Package, the first draft is delivered within 2 business days after your strategy call. Expedited Option: If you choose the expedited service, the first draft will be delivered within 1 business day.

The Standard Package includes 1 round of revisions. The Premium Package includes 2 rounds of revisions. If additional revisions are needed beyond what is included, they will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hour.

We offer expedited options for both the first draft and the entire project. Expedited First Draft: Delivered within 1 business day. Entire Project Expedited: Delivery in 4–5 business days, depending on the package.

Yes! If you don’t have your own content (images, videos, etc.), we will source stock images at no extra charge to keep the project on schedule and ensure high-quality visuals. If you’d prefer to provide your own images, that’s great too!

Once the final content is approved, we will send you the complete package via Google Drive.

Absolutely! We offer add-ons for additional posts and videos, including Reels or short-form video content. You can always request more content during the month, and we’ll provide you with a custom quote based on your needs.

For 4 Reels (or short-form videos), the first draft is delivered within 2 business days. For 8–12 Reels, the first draft is delivered within 3–5 business days. Expedited Option: Reels can be delivered in 1 business day with an expedited add-on.

Yes! We offer Monthly Management Add-Ons, where we handle the posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement for your accounts. You’ll only need to provide access to your social accounts, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you need to cancel or pause your service, please let us know at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. We are happy to work with you to adjust your plan based on your needs. Refunds are not available once work has started, but we can pause or transfer services to a future date.

Additional revisions are charged at $50/hour. Additional posts or videos outside of your package are priced at $25 per post or $50 per video (Reels or short-form). We will provide a custom quote based on your specific needs.
